Yuyao Hengwei Plastic Co., Ltd was located in Yuyao Ningbo City in Zhejiang province, near the Hangzhou Bay. It was buitl in 2001 and named as Yuyao Shunda Mould Plastic Factory at that stage. In the beginning, we mainly produce injection mould, develop and expand continuously. Now its building area of 12000 square meters, staff of about 100 people. We are specialized in manufacture plastic car interior accessories. Our product lines are more than 20 series, more than 400 products. Our leading products are car phone holder, car drink holder, cigarette lighter socket, car charger, snow shovel, etc. Our selling network reaches as far as Japan, Korea, America, Europe, and so on. Our long-term partners are as famous as CAINZ, PILOT, etc. Our company consists of die making shop, injection shop, assembly shop, electronic assembly workshop and spray shop. The new product designing, mould, injection, assembling, electronic assembling, packaging, delivery all these procedures were finished in factory. We have the great advantage on the quality control and production period.
We have passed ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system certification, and in strict accordance with the system requirements for production and management. Also, we own more than 50 new practical patents and design patents. Most of phone holders and cigarette lighter sockets have passed CE certificate.
To suitable for the developing, we built up Domestic sales department in 2010, and registered SHUNWEI brand. We enjoy a high popularity in domestic market. Our marketing Channels includes super market, boutique shop, Taobao, Jingdong, auot 4S shop, and auto after sales service market.
